Dopo le numerose segnalazioni (compresa la mia) di problematiche riguardo all’utilizzo di autenticazione kerberos in ambiente Windows Server 2008 X64 con Xenapp5, Citrix ha rilasciato la Private Hotfix XAE500W2K8X64024.msp scaricabile con account MYCITRIX.

Ricordo che tutte le  Private Hotfix risolvono un problema specifico, quindi consiglio di installarle solo a coloro che riscontrano la problematica specifica.

Users can be incorrectly locked out of their accounts when launching applications or accessing other resources in a Kerberos environment.

After applying this fix, you must define the following the registry key and restart the server for the fix to take effect:

Data: 0 (use the previous authentication handling); 1 (use the new handling)
