Disponibile da ieri il nuovo aggiornamento Update 5 per la versione 3.5 di ESX.

Enablement of Intel Xeon Processor 3400 Series – Aggiunto il supporto ai processori XEON serie 3400, comprese le funzionalità avanzate di VMoton

Driver Update for Broadcom bnx2 Network Controller – I driver per i controller NIC  bnx2 sono stati aggiornati alla versione 1.6.9.

Driver Update for LSI SCSI and SAS Controllers – Il driver per SCSI e SAS LSI sono stati aggiornati alla versione 2.06.74. (migliorato il supporto alle SAN SAS)

Newly Supported Guest Operating Systems – E’ stato aggiunto il supporto ai seguenti Sistemi Operativi:

Newly Supported Management Agents – Nuovi management Agent supportati, vedere le note di rilascio per maggiori informazioni.

Newly Supported Network Cards – Aggiunto il supporto alla schedaNIC Quad Port  HP NC375T (NetXen) PCI Express.

Newly Supported SATA Controllers –aggiunto il supporto per il  controller SATA Intel Ibex Peak SATA AHCI.
